Both presentation halls are equipped with computers with beamers prepared for presentations (thus the presentations need to be prepared in an electronical form). The beamers can also be connected to the presenters's notebook via standard VGA connector. PCs are equipped with suitable software for presentation (HTML Browser, Power Point Viewer and Acrobat Reader). All PCs are connected to internet and contain a sound card + speakers for audio presentations.

The internet connection for participants will be provided in the following forms:

• 2 computers at the Computer room for easy e-mail access
• several UTP connectors for participants' notebooks with DHCP at the Computer room
• wireless connection for participants' notebooks
